Website analytics

We use PostHog to count page visits and see which pages are useful. Session recording is off. We do not send email content or form inputs to analytics, and we respect browser “Do Not Track” settings.

Email enquiries

The site uses direct email links rather than a web form. If you email us, the information you choose to send is handled through the relevant email service and used only to respond to your enquiry.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and never reach our servers. We see the billing email address, the region bought, and whether the payment succeeded.

Where the directory data comes from

The directory describes organisations, not private individuals. Every record is built from what the office publishes about itself or from a public source: its own website, company registry filings, and public announcements. A named principal appears only where the office identifies that person publicly in a professional capacity. We do not hold personal mobile numbers or private email addresses, and we do not buy contact data from list brokers.

If you represent an office in the directory and want its record corrected or removed, email contact@seekfamilyoffice.com and we will do it. Removal takes effect in the next update we publish. Copies a customer downloaded before that point are outside our control.
